At Kidaroo Harwich, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery to all CO12 postcodes
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery online.
